Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong geospatial and GIS system knowledge to work on end-to-end Web-GIS platforms. This role goes beyond basic map rendering—you will be building data-heavy, spatially aware applications integrated with GeoServer, spatial databases, and cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with GIS analysts, remote sensing specialists, and backend engineers to design and deliver robust geospatial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack GIS-enabled web applications
• Design and implement backend APIs for spatial and non-spatial data
• Integrate GeoServer services (WMS, WFS, WMTS, XYZ/TMS)
• Build interactive map interfaces using modern JS frameworks
• Work with large raster and vector datasets
• Optimize spatial queries and database performance
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of GIS systems
• Troubleshoot production issues related to spatial data pipelines
